 Have some questions first?

  • Depression isn’t just sadness — it can show up in different ways. You might feel exhausted no matter how much you sleep, struggle to focus, or lose interest in things you once enjoyed. Maybe you feel disconnected from others, overwhelmed by even the smallest tasks, or stuck in negative thought patterns. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and therapy can help.

  • There’s no single test for depression, but therapy can help you understand what you’re experiencing and get to the root of what’s causing it. We’ll talk about your symptoms, how they’ve been affecting your daily life, and any past experiences that might be contributing to how you feel. Together, we’ll work toward a treatment plan that feels right for you.

  • A typical therapy session lasts 50 minutes. However, if you feel you need more or less time, just let me know! I'm happy to adjust the session length to fit what works best for you and your needs.

  • Online therapy is just like in-person therapy, just without the commute. You’ll meet with me over a secure video platform from the comfort of your home (or wherever you feel most at ease). We’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask you about your background, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. This is a time for you to share your story and ask any questions you have about the process. We will also discuss your goals for therapy and create a plan to guide our work together.

My focus will be on making you feel comfortable and supported while taking the first steps toward healing. You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you are heard and respected.

  • Yes! When you start therapy here, you’ll always work directly with me. I believe that a strong, trusting relationship is key to making progress, so you won’t be shuffled between different therapists. From day one, I’ll be here to support you through every step of your journey.
