Online Women’s Counseling in Jacksonville and Across Florida
Women experience unique challenges, pressures, and transitions throughout life, and it’s not uncommon to feel like the weight of it all is too much to bear. The truth is, it’s okay to not feel okay, and it’s okay to seek help when things feel overwhelming.
Feeling Pulled in Every Direction? You’re Not Alone.
Women are often expected to juggle it all — careers, relationships, family, and personal goals — while somehow keeping it all together. The pressure to meet expectations, navigate personal struggles, and manage an endless to-do list can feel overwhelming. Finding a female therapist who understands the unique challenges you’re facing offers a space to step back, breathe, and work through what’s weighing on you —without the pressure of having it all figured out.

How to Get Started
-
Let's Do A Free Consultation
Let’s connect on a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives you a chance to share your feelings, ask questions about the counseling process, and determine if we're a good fit to work together. I’m here to understand you, without any judgment. If we are, we’ll book your appointment on the call.
-
Book In-Person or Online
Let counseling work with your schedule. Once you book appointment, you’ll be asked to complete a few intake forms before your session, to share additional information about your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. The forms typically take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
-
Settle In For Your Appointment
If you’re joining online, find a comfortable place to sit. During your session, I’ll listen first. This is your safe space to talk. We’ll work together to learn your challenges and goals. Then, you can begin implementing tools that help you feel calmer and more confident.

In your first session, we will start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask you about your background, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. This is a time for you to share your story and ask any questions you have about the process.
We will also discuss your goals for therapy and create a plan to guide our work together. My focus will be on making you feel comfortable and supported while taking the first steps toward healing. You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you are heard and respected.
