Life Can Feel Overwhelming at Any Stage
Whether you're a woman at the height of your career, a stay-at-home mom balancing the household and relationships, or a teenager navigating friendships and school stress — it’s ok to not be ok. If anxiety, self-doubt, or past trauma are making it hard to move forward, finding the right female therapist can help. Online therapy makes it easy to get support from the comfort of home—no waiting rooms, no pressure, just a safe space to figure out what ‘better’ looks like for you.
How does therapy work?
Our sessions are 50 minutes long and available online or in person from my Jacksonville, FL office. I specialize in therapy for women and teen girls. Together, we’ll work through your concerns, explore your goals, and develop strategies for growth and healing.
You’re free to discuss anything, without judgment, because I know how scary and exhausting it can be to search for a female counselor who feels like the right fit. You’re not alone in this journey, and I want to assure you—you’ve found someone who’s on your side.

The length of therapy depends on your personal goals and needs. Some clients may find they only need a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term support. We will regularly check in on your progress, and as you work toward your goals, we can adjust the frequency or duration of sessions. Ultimately, the pace of therapy is guided by you and what feels best for your healing journey.
-
No, you do not have to commit to a certain number of sessions. Therapy is flexible, and the number of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients attend weekly or bi-weekly sessions in the beginning, and we adjust as you progress. The decision is yours, and we will check in regularly to see what feels most helpful for you.

In therapy, I prioritize creating a safe and confidential space for you to share openly. What we talk about is private, and I won’t share anything with your parents without your permission, except in cases where your safety is at risk. If something important comes up that we should discuss with your parents, I will always talk with you about it first and help you decide how to approach the conversation. My goal is to support you in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.

I can provide a superbill, which you may be able to submit for reimbursement depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits. ‘Better’ is possible.
Therapy isn’t for weak people, and it doesn’t require a diagnosis or a big announcement. It’s just you and me, creating a space where you can figure out what ‘better’ feels like for you—and making a plan to get there.
