Let’s connect on a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives you a chance to share your feelings, ask questions about the counseling process, and determine if we're a good fit to work together. I’m here to understand you, without any judgment.

Two: Complete Your Intake Documents
Intake forms should only take about 15-25 minutes to complete. They provide me with additional information about your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. To help us make the most of our first session, please complete these at least 24 hours before our appointment.

Three: Prepare for Your Session
Meeting with a new therapist can bring up some anxiety. Take a deep breath! If you are doing your session virtually please be sure to download the app and sit in a quiet and private environment. If your session is in person feel free to arrive 10 minutes early.
